Flexible timing for every game

Choose from 37 preset timing programmes, including countdown, bonus, delay (Fischer) and byo-yomi options. You can set different base times for each player, adjust the time and move count during a game, and save settings in memory.

There is no count-up function. The special byo-yomi setting lets you use a preset rule or customise the timing to suit your game.

Clear and easy to use

The large display and simple controls make it easy to set a game time and start play. The flexible seesaw buttons help show whose turn it is.

An optional alarm beeps during the final seconds of a countdown and sounds continuously when time runs out.

Made for two-player games

Use the PQ9921 for chess, Chinese chess, I-Go and other two-player board games. Its lightweight ABS shell makes it convenient to carry for play at home, in training or at competitions.
