Please note that custom labelling or packaging requests cannot be cancelled once production has started.

Delivery, quality & returns

Prices do not include tax; invoices can be issued on request — please supply company name and tax number where needed. Special invoice types may require business-to-business payment and additional processing time.

Our goods have an approximate 98% pass rate. Minor cosmetic marks from production or transit are classed as slight and do not affect use; serious damage or functional faults will be replaced. Inspect plastic items on delivery and refuse if visibly broken. Wholesale orders are not eligible for return unless there is a quality issue. Distributor orders support a 7-day return provided items are fit for resale; returns that affect resaleability may be handled at reduced refund rates. Return carriage is generally not covered and collect-on-delivery returns are refused. Placing an order signifies acceptance of these terms.
